Premier Meats Inc. is located at the corners of US Hwy 14, Three Chimney Road, and Barstad Road between Viroqua and Westby Wisconsin.
The 11,950 square feet facility sits on five acres and contains 3,950 square feet of retail space in addition to a 8,000 square feet processing area. We carry meats, wines, cheeses, and other complimentary products. Bulk meat can also be purchased in bundles, quarters, halves and whole packages.
Premier Meats does beef and hog processing by appointment, including Organic processing.
